56 days old and it's time to for these guys to come home with you.
If you have not yet made arrangements for pickup, please email or call me.
These guys can go home after 6PM on Monday the 21st.
Here are your final pictures for this litter.
Most pups now have names, I have posted the name of the pup and where he/she will be going to live.

46 days old.
It won't be long before these guys go home.
We are in the process of letting you guys pick which puppy you want.
Buy this time next week we should know where each puppy is going.
While you are thinking about which puppy you want, if you can. please think of a name too.
If you email me that name, I will post it next week in the update.
NOTE: Next week's pictures will be the FINAL pictures for this litter.
Next week is Dec. 16th
These guys can start going home the night of the 21st so there won't be a chance for an update that week.
Below I have made a few observations about personality for each puppy.

The Boys
Boy #1
This guy is a stinker but he isn't the alpha. He has a nice 'middle of the road' personality.
He get's into stuff! Be ready!

Boy # 2
This guy seems to be the alpha of the boys.
He is ornery and playful. I would not call him alpha of the litter though.
Boy # 3
This little fella is nosey.
He isn't an alpha and he isn't shy but he would rather explore than play...at least right now.
He is the most curious pup in this litter, he is content to entertain himself.
The Girls
Girl #1
This girl is a stinker.... she is a close 2nd for the title of Alpha.
She was chewing on my socks (with my feet in them!) while I was taking the pictures of her brothers and sisters.
Watch out for this one!
Girl # 2
A very nice "Middle of the road" personality, this girl has been picked as 1st pick of the girls.
Girl #3
Here is your alpha pup. She is bossy and in control.
Hide your shoes, cell phones, etc... she will think they are for her.
Girl #4
This girl is very much like sister #2 above.
Middle of the road and sweet.
Girl #5
This is the shyest pup in this litter.
She doesn't cower and she will happily come when called, tail a waggin.
But she prefers to let her brothers and sisters go first.

39 days old now.
We had 1st vet check and shots this week.
Everyone is now fully weaned and they are growing fast.
For those of you with 1st pick...it's time to decide.
If you want to come here to choose in person, you are welcome to do so.
Please email or call me to schedule a time.
For those of you with 2nd through last pick... stand by, as soon as a pick is made, I will email you to let you know who was picked.
This week all pups are now sporting ID collars... they will remain in this order and will keep this collar until you take them home.

25 days old now.
We are beginning to show them solid food.
By this time next week they should all be weaned or close to it.

18 days old now.
Eyes have opened and they are beginning to explore.
Except for the fact that 3 are boys and 5 are girls, I can't tell them apart.
I look forward to the 5 or 6 week old stage when they will be big enough for me to put an id collar on them.

11 days old and doing great.
Since these puppies all look exactly like each other, I am not even going to attempt to sort them out yet.
When they are approx. 5-6 weeks old, each one will get a unique ID collar.
At that time I will then take individual shots of each puppy.
For now... your guess is as good as mine!
I have sold several pups from this litter.
I have sold 1st, 2nd and 3rd choice of the girls.
I have sold 1st pick of the boys.
Pups that are still for sale.
4th and 5th choice of the 5 girls.
2nd and 3rd choice of the 3 boys.
I am still going down my waiting list to place the remaining pups.

On Saturday Oct. 24th Dora gave birth to a litter of 8.
All pups and mommy are doing great.
This is our new stud, Blackjack's 2nd litter ever.
His first was born 4 days earlier in Lily's litter.
We have what appears to be a 100% black litter. Our first ever.
There may yet be an undiscovered brindle hair or two someplace though but I haven't found one.
We have 3 boys and 5 girls.
These pups CAN GO HOME FOR CHRISTMAS around Dec. 21st.
I will be placing these pups with folks on my waiting list.
