Thank you puppy lovers!

Here is your final group shot and a few 'blooper' shots below.

(Please excuse the bits of grass on the pups, they were hard at play before these shots)

Bloopers.....  not quite good enough for prime time!

Thank you!

38 days old.

These guys are almost weaned, by this time next week they will be completely weaned from momma.

Friday we go to the vet for 1st shots and checkup.

After that, I will contact the people with 1st pick of the girls to make their selection.

The Pups.

All 3

The Boy.

It's very early but this guy seems like the shyest pup of the litter.

He isn't that shy, he is still interested in what you are doing but he takes a couple minutes to make sure you are ok.

Girl #1

Again, it is early but I am thinking this girl is the Alpha pup of the litter.

She really has "No Fear".

Girl #2

If girl 1 isn't the alpha, then this one is.

These two girls look a lot alike and they act very much alike.

Good luck 1st pick!   : )

Here are a few shots of the sisters together.

ruff!

05-17-2010

31 days old now.

We are weaning this week.

This is a rough time for the pups, it's kind of like a person trying to give up cigarettes and it's very stressful for them.

By this time, next week, these guys will be 100% weaned from mom, wish us luck!

They are eating solid food AND nursing right now and they are doing great.

They are also getting their 2nd worming this week.

All pups now have special ID collars, they don't come off until you cut them off.

Red for the boy, White for girls.

The Boy

The black boy, collar ID "D-Boy" (Dora's Boy)

The Girls

Girl #1, collar ID "DGirl 1" (Dora's Girl #1)

Girl #2, collar ID "DGirl 2" (Dora's Girl #2)

yip!

05-10-2010

24 days old now.

These guys have had their 1st worming and are doing great.

Not really a lot to report yet...they are still small and just starting to emerge from their shells.

They eat like piglets and they are growing fast!

Here are a few shots in the daylight so you can see just how black even the black-brindle girls look in the sun.

Below that is a shot using the flash, notice how the flash makes the brindle pop.

The black boy is one the left in all these shots.

Two girls on the right.
